Reyneke Cornerstone 2020

A classic Bordeaux style blend from the Stellenbosch region, showing the juicy notes and herbal notes that this region is known for. 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Cabernet Franc and 1% Merlot, it fermented in concrete Nomblot fermentors. 

Aged in French oak, with 70% of that being new oak, and 30% being used oak. 

Official Tasting Notes
Notes of ripe blackberry and violets follow the nose. Red fruit dominates on the entry of the palate, with notes of cassis, dried oregano and mace. This wine shows great complexity, with a velvety mouthfeel and plush tannins that contribute to the length of the finish.
